Returns

Thank you for purchasing from Pebble Sense, we hope that you love your products, however in the case you are not 100% happy, we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase.  

Returned items will only be refunded if items are:

• In the same condition as they were received
• Unused
• Labels still attached ( where applicable)

The following exemptions to returns apply:

• Teething and Oral health products ( due to hygiene)
• Sale items
• Downloadable content products

Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns.

The cost of returning items is the customers’ responsibility and a full refund will be issued once we receive the items. All items MUST be returned with proof of postage, Pebble Sense is not liable for items lost or damaged during the returns process.
