Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them prior to making any purchases or signing up for our mailing list(s). The terms and conditions represent a legally binding agreement between you and Pebble Sense website and by Purchasing from and/ subscribing to Pebble sense you are agreeing to abide by these terms. 

Products and services provided by Pebble Sense are intended for consumers  they are only to be used for non-commercial, non-business, private purposes by consumers. By accepting these Terms, you promise to us that you are a consumer and not acting in the course of a business.

The content of this website is the intellectual property of Perfect Pebble Ltd trading as Pebble Sense. All material accessible on this site is protected by copyright No part of this Website may be reproduced, transmitted to, or stored on any other website in any other form of electronic medium without our express written consent.

 You may view website pages on screen and may print or download extracts of them for your own personal use. You may not make any other use of any material on the site. 

Our Products

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. As some of our material products are made by hand there may be a fractional variation in size. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

All products sold comply with UK safety standards but it is the responsibility of the purchaser (you) to check all items for damage prior to each use. Care advice will be provided for your purchases and it is the responsibility of the you the purchaser to appropriately care for your product.

Adult supervision is required when using any children’s products.

Purchases

Orders can be processed directly though this web site. Pebble Sense processes card payments securely via a third party payment system namely PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are processed using a secure server.

Pebble Sense reserves the right to change or discontinue any product or services without prior notice however will make every effort to make such changes without disruption to you the user.

Deliveries

Your purchase will be delivered via royal mail within 2-3 workings days from posting. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the following Monday. Please note that every effort will be made to post you items within 1-2 working days from order being placed. Current changes made to delivery time scales due to manaufacturing timescales and so as of April 21st 2022 delivery may take up to 5 weeks. Please see deliveries for more information.

Returns

Pebble Sense are happy to offer refunds should your 100% happy with your item, however they must be

• In the same condition as they were received.
• Unused
• In original packaging with labels still attached where applicable

please not the following exemption to returns

•  Oral health products (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale Items
• Downloadable content

Faulty Items:

In the instance that you have received a product and believe it to be faulty please contact us with your order number, name, address and details of the fault. We will then be in contact to discuss details of the fault, you may be asked for photographic evidence or to return the item for inspection. Upon confirmation of the fault by us we will  happily issue a refund or replacement.

The costs of returning items is the responsibility of you the buyer and must be returned via tracked post. Please see our Returns page for full information. All returns should be agreed via contact with Pebble Sense. Please contact us prior to sending your return so we know to expect it. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

We strive to provide you the customer with a quick and efficient service. we ask that you access our website and services with respect, no intrusive, offensive or explicit content should be used when accessing any of our services, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Infant Massage Classes

Pebble Sense will deliver infant massage classes with a qualified infant massage instructor in safe and secure environments suitable to the purpose of the class. All government guidlines will be followed in respect to the operation of childrens activities through COVID 19, please be aware that Pebble Sense may have additional measures in place or keep certain guidance in place for longer that government recommends to protect customers and the leader and this is at the discretion of Pebble Sense. We will be operating a mask to mat policy which applies to  all adults (unless medically exempt). We ask that you wear your mask when moving around the venue and only remove it when stationary at your designated mat and during massage. Hand washing/ hand sanitising facilities will be made available and all touch points will be cleaned by the instructor on arrival at the venue. The venue in which Pebble Sense hires from is responsible for regular cleaning of the room and this will be followed up as part of Pebble Sense duty to provide a safe and clean environment. Your contact details gathered during checkout will be used to contact you with regards to your booking and for the purposes of track and trace. 

You should not attend your class if you or someone you live with is experiencing symptoms of covid 19 or if you have been indentified as a close contact of someone who has tested positive for covid 19. By purchasing a block booking of Infant massage classes you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Your booking is valid for the dates and times stated on your order only. Your purchase is non refundable and tranfer to another date is at the discretion of the leader. Should face to face teaching cease due to change in goverment guidance with regards to Covid 19, classes will be rescheduled appropriately.  Alternatively if a safe and reasonable date cannot be met then online classes or similar will be offered.

we collect data via the use of cookies, subscriber lists, purchases and profile set ups in the form of an opt in system.
